How do we work?

Butterfly Hotel Sohar has general hotel policies as follows.

Check-out	12:00 pm
Cancellation Policy	Cancellation and amendments can be made up to 24 hours prior 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival and refund will be organized. If cancelled up to 24 hrs before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. Any cancellation made or non-show after 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival results in full payment of the reservation. Cancellation for Group Bookings has to be done 15 days prior arrival. In terms of cancellation no verbal communication will be honored.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. Children under 2 years stay free of charge. One baby cot free of charge per suite is available. Children below 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding, limited to one child per suite. Additional breakfast charge 3.500. Older children or adults are charged RO 10 for an extra bed per person per night that is inclusive of buffet breakfast and taxes.
Meal Plan	Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Complementary Facilities	Kettle, Microwave, Fridge, Washing machine are in the suite. We offer complimentary Barzman water. Wi-Fi Internet, Indoor swimming pool, gym, Africa Coffeehouse & Restaurant are available.
Airport Pick-up / Transfers	Transport from / to the Muscat Airport can be arranged by Butterfly Hotel Sohar.
Banquets, Meetings and Conferences	Butterfly Hotel Sohar offers Conference Room, Business Centre and its Africa Coffeehouse & Restaurant for your conferences, trainings, business lunches and every other occasion.
Non-smoking Policy	Butterfly Hotel Sohar is a non smoking hotel and we ask our guests to refrain from smoking in the suite and all the public areas of the hotel. Evidence of smoking in the suite will incur a 100 RO cleaning fee on your account. Please help us keep the hotel a smoke free environment.
Pets	Pets are not allowed into the hotel.
VAT and City, Tourist Taxes	VAT is not applicable. 8% service tax per suite per night is included in the suite rate. 9 % city / tourist tax per person per night is included.
Deposit Policy	A deposit of the equivalent of the stay will be charged from your credit card.
Credit Cards	The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. We accept: Visa MasterCard American Express
